SG Tuition and Enrichment Profit Pack

Know whether your centre really makes money after rent, wages, your own pay and ads, what you must sell to break even, and how much you can afford to spend on marketing. The numbers come from your own monthly books: receipts snapped, bank matched to the collection report, and term fees released to revenue only as lessons are delivered.

Problem it solves

Tuition and enrichment centres see strong term collections and busy ad campaigns, but the cash belongs partly to parents and the profit after rent, tutors and the owner's own pay is often far thinner than it looks.

Inputs it needs

Claude, ChatGPT or Python 3; your collection report, class schedule and bank statement export.

What you get

Profit health dashboard: break-even sales, marketing ceiling, cash months, traffic lights and a 13 item checklist. Ad campaign check: cost per enrolment, profit per enrolment after ad cost, most you can pay per click. Monthly Profit and Loss with cost of sales, owner's pay and marketing shown.

Will not do without you

Never posts or edits an entry. Asks you for lesson counts and any receipt it cannot read, and keeps unexplained lines visible until you decide.

Price

S$64.50 one-off (11.11 price until 11 Nov, then S$129). SGD, no GST.

Who this pack is for

  • Owners of tuition and enrichment centres
  • Centres that collect term or monthly fees in advance and hold deposits
  • Owners who want to know the class size they need to break even and what they can spend on marketing
  • Small businesses and start-ups that want simple, plain-English numbers, not accounting software to learn

Not the right fit: Schools and training providers funded through SkillsFuture or other grants, which need their own records.

Case study: the problem it fixes

Illustrative scenario, not a client story

A centre collects over S$19,000 in October and its bank balance looks healthy, so the owner adds S$1,400 of Google and Meta ads. The P&L shows net profit of S$1,476.40 with no owner's pay. The marketing that still hits a 10% margin is S$316.40, each new enrolment makes only S$26.11 after the ad cost, and about S$53,000 of the cash is parents' fees in advance and deposits.

Why it costs money, not free

It turns the monthly books into the few numbers that decide profit, so the owner sets the ad budget from the marketing ceiling and keeps parents' money aside, instead of spending from the bank balance. Every kit is written and tested by a Chartered Accountant (Singapore), kept to current Singapore rules, and comes with the artifact, templates and setup sheet, not just a prompt.
