- Replace every [bracket]
- Read the notes page, then delete it
- Sign, and file in the minute book
- Directors' resolution in writing: interim dividend (.docx)
- Directors' resolution recommending a final dividend, and members' written resolution under section 184A (.docx)

- Open the .docx in Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
- Replace every [bracket] and read the notes page, then delete the notes page.
- Sign, and file it in your minute book.
Licence. One company, unlimited internal use. You may edit the files for your own company. You may not resell, share publicly or redistribute them.
Refunds. Skills are delivered instantly, so purchases are final once the download is opened. If a kit does not work as described, email us within 14 days and we will fix it or refund you.
